"I'm so disappointed! I purchased an Eagle Creek Undercover Neck Wallet nearly 30 years ago. (I also purchased the Eagle Creek ruck sack at the same time.) That thing had been with me to Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean, Mexico, you name it. It only recently "died" when the zipper broke. I was sad to have to retire my loyal friend. Nevertheless, I replaced it with another Eagle Creek neck pouch, the "new and improved" version. This one hasn't even lasted its inaugural voyage! The strap is already frayed as if a pack of wild hyenas got to it. No way this one lasts 30 days, never mind 30 years! Anyhow, go back to the original material for the strap! It is WAY better! Just my two cents."

"I have had an Eagle Creek passport holder, which I love, for many years and I ordered a new one before a recent trip to Europe. The same model of my original one was not available, but I was happy when I saw the new one. However, I found while traveling that the neck strap frequently got caught on the Velcro when I took it off my neck (and set it down or put it in my bag). This severely damaged the neck strap to the point I worried it might break. It did hold up on this trip, but I’m afraid to use it again…..and am very disappointed, because I do like the design and ease of use."

"I used this travel wallet for 12 days in Costa Rica. It was perfect. It had enough pockets to hold the important documents and credit cards. I used the side zipper for cash which made getting to the cash very easy. I highly recommend this product!"
